A Programme Manager is wanted for a media company based in Central London. Due to the team size and hands-on element, this will involve a mixture of remote but some onsite work also.
The company work with hundred's of other media companies to provide industry resources and create opportunities. We are looking for a Programme Manager that will be happy taking up both programme and project level duties, including managing stakeholders, collaborating with internal teams, managing external contractors and meeting with many other partner companies to build relationships with.
Duties will include:
- Create and manage the company's overall programme plan to enable the team to deliver outputs and meet objectives
- Project managing high profile projects (forming plans, managing the execution, leading meetings, managing key communications etc)
- Manage external relationships with partner companies to co-ordinate any contributions
- Driving the project delivery and managing stakeholders
- Be the POC for sponsors
It is essential that you have previously worked in the media industry (and ideally have had a hand on project/programme management within technology environments) as a Project or Programme Manager.
If would also be handy if you had a PMP or PRINCE2 Certification, although this is not essential.
There will be a 3 stage remote interview process including an initial telephone call, a task-based Zoom call and a final telephone call with the CEO.
