Training Content Developer

London / Hybrid Working
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 depending on experience + benefits

Initial 12 month Fixed Term Contract

CPS Group is currently recruiting for a Training Content Developer to join a market-leading company specialising in Risk Management Solutions Software.

This role will suit someone with experience of developing learning materials for software applications and someone who is able to understand the learning needs of the business and technology users developing appropriate and engaging content.

 

Hybrid working options are available. 

Duties:

  • Define the approach to client user learning and the associated frameworks, pathways, content and materials.
  • Define a roadmap and plans for creation, testing and rollout of learning programmes and materials,
  • Devise and maintain role-based learning paths for an agreed set of business and technical roles.
  • Work with Product, Development and Professional Services to understand the features and capabilities of the software and how it is used by clients.
  • Work with stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to design the structure of courses, set learning objectives, define learning outcomes and produce assessment components.
  • Creation and recording of training content such as video walkthroughs and screenshots.

 

Skills/experience:

 

  • Experience within a similar e-learning / content developer role preferably form within a Software Solutions company
  • Experience with one or more authoring tools such as TechSmith Camtasia, Adobe Captivate, Articulate, Storyline.
  • Self sufficient, able to manage / prioritise own workload
