The ideal candidate will be customer-oriented with a drive to achieve goals and maintain a great customer experience. You will be accountable for the retention and growth of client accounts, forming strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders as a trusted partner.
With a natural entrepreneurial flair, and passion for Tech transformation. Have astute commercial acumen, you work closely with clients to fully understand their brand, business and strategic ambitions and then coordinate internal teams to translate these into tech solutions that enable them to achieve their goals, add value and maximise revenue generation, whilst maintaining or increasing margin.
· Develop new business, and ensure satisfaction
· Serve as primary day-to-day liaison with assigned clients and maintain positive ongoing relationships
· Experience selling technology such as Cloud or others
· Experience Selling Tech platforms is desirable
· Experience selling Partnerships would be helpful.
· Experience in the use of MATLAB and SAAS
· 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
· Experience building and maintaining their own client base.
