A well-established and rapidly growing organisation in South Wales s currently seeking a professional and proactive Personal Assistant to support its Executive Leadership Team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised individual to work closely with senior-level stakeholders, offering full administrative and strategic support across day-to-day scheduling, meeting coordination, event planning, and project assistance.

Role Overview:

Working closely with the company’s Directors and supporting other members of the executive team, this role is ideal for someone with exceptional planning skills and a calm, professional approach. The position covers a wide range of responsibilities, including diary and inbox management, project support, research, and event coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing diaries and scheduling meetings for senior leaders, ensuring all participants are fully briefed and prepared

  • Coordinating responses to invitations, meeting requests, and travel arrangements

  • Supporting internal and external communications on behalf of the Director

  • Assisting in the preparation of materials and briefing documents

  • Liaising with event organisers and stakeholders to ensure successful participation and representation

  • Maintaining accurate records and handling confidential correspondence

  • Supporting Board and subcommittee meeting logistics, including room bookings, tech setup, and refreshments

  • Delivering ad-hoc administrative support and contributing to wider business projects when needed

 

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Solid experience in diary and inbox management for senior professionals

  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment

  • High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities

  • Professional, discrete, and confident handling sensitive information

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
