Building Surveyor – Hybrid Working (Central London)

What’s the Role?
You’ll be working with a well-established, innovative consultancy that covers a variety of sectors. Whether it’s technical due diligence, cladding knowledge, or managing projects from start to finish, this role offers exposure to a broad range of experiences. We’re looking for someone with a solid understanding of Building Surveying who’s either newly chartered or on their way to achieving chartership.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Conducting due diligence and producing detailed technical reports.
• Managing a mix of live projects, with tasks ranging from spec writing to site inspections.
• Taking the lead on contract administration and Employer’s Agent duties.
• Overseeing cladding-related projects and supporting various sectors with technical expertise.
• Traveling to sites across the UK as needed (don’t worry, we’ll keep it balanced).

What We’re Looking For:

• RICS chartered (or nearly there!) with a few years of experience under your belt.
• A broad range of experience in Building Surveying, with cladding knowledge as a bonus.
• Confident managing projects independently and delivering high standards.
• Strong communication skills – you’ll be working with clients and teams across the board.
• Full driving license and willingness to travel when necessary.
