Full Stack Software Developer (C#)

 

📍 South Wales (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
💰 Up to £50,000 p/annum

 

CPS Group are supporting a well-established player within the Financial Services sector who are in the search for a Full Stack Software Developer (C#) to join their Agile development team. This organisation in operating internationally and delivering specialist solutions across multiple markets.

 

The Role

 

As a Full Stack Developer, you’ll play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining modern web applications across both front-end and back-end systems. Working within an Agile team, you’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions that support business-critical operations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop and maintain web applications using C#, ASP.NET / ASP.NET Core
  • Build and integrate RESTful APIs
  • Work across the full stack, contributing to both front-end and back-end development
  • Design and optimise SQL Server databases
  • Collaborate in Agile ceremonies
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance application performance
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes

 

Key Skills & Experience:

 

  • Strong experience with C# and .NET technologies
  • Experience with ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core, or similar frameworks
  • Front-end experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React, Angular, or Vue desirable)
  • Solid experience with SQL Server or other relational databases
  • Experience designing and consuming REST APIs
  • Familiarity with Git
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
  • Cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS (Desirable)
  • Containerisation such as Docker (Desirable)
