My client is looking for an experienced Management Accountant to support them with the transformation to a "lean manufacturing" production line.
 
You will be responsible for improving financial performance and play a pivotal role in implementing operational planning processes with a view to improving service levels and reducing excess inventory.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Support senior management by analysing data and providing regular reports on financial performance
  • Develop financial models and forecasts
  • Monitor production line profitability and measure the impact of price and cost changes whilst identifying cost saving opportunities
  • Implement strategies to optimise inventory levels and improve service
  • Identify ways of improving processes and making the manufacturing line more efficient
  • Support the business with its transition to lean manufacturing by developing process improvement plans and KPI's
About You:
  • 5 years Management Accountant experience
  • ACCA/ACMA/CIMA qualified or close to completing qualification
  • Advanced Excel knowledge with experience using Power BI
  • Experience working in a lean manufacturing environment
