I'm working with a fast growing and ambitious company that is making a global impact, leading the next generation of maritime domain awareness technologies, products and systems that significantly enhance, security, safety and environment protection and sustainability.
They are looking for a Management Accountant to oversee the daily running of the accounts team and manage month and year-end accounts. This role is perfect for a recently qualified/almost qualified accountant who is looking to join a business with plenty of future career progression.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation, reconciliation and control over key balance sheets
- Preparation and review of journals
- Payroll management
- Manage VAT returns and year end accounts and audits
- Provide assistance to supply chain team in order to manage stock
- Providing assistance and support to other members of the accounts team
About You:
- CIMA/ACCA qualified of close to qualification
- experience working with a commercial business
- Proficient in using Excel
- Desire for progression within the business
