The Role
Are you detail-oriented and excited to support major infrastructure and construction programmes? Were looking for a
Project Controls Assistant to help deliver one of the UKs largest sustainable transformation initiatives. In this role, youll enable successful project outcomes by supporting the integration of planning, cost management, and risk processes while working with a collaborative and experienced team.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Updating programme plans using project-specific software.
  • Supporting risk and opportunity management processes and producing detailed reports.
  • Assisting with document management and maintaining digital resources, such as Power BI reports.
  • Managing change control processes and providing governance support.
  • Preparing reports and presentations for internal and client use.

Your Contribution
As a key member of the team, you will:

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth programme delivery.
  • Apply excellent organizational skills to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Build strong relationships and contribute to the teams shared success.

Skills & Experience
Were looking for candidates with:

  • Strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Teams.
  • Experience with planning or reporting software such as Power BI or MS Project is desirable.
  • Knowledge of construction/infrastructure projects and project controls frameworks is a plus.
  • An ability to work independently and take responsibility for outcomes.
