Roles: Business Development Manager 

Location: London (Hybrid working – 2-3 days a week onsite)

Salary: Basic from £40,000- £75,000 p/annum + Commission 100% OTE

 

CPS Group are working with an award-winning Microsoft Gold Partner Consultancy based in London who are going through a period of growth. They are looking to hire an experienced Business Development Manager either at Mid or Senior level.

 

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of Sales / Business Development within a similar MSP / IT Consultancy, preferably selling Microsoft solutions or within Identity / Access Management solutions.

 

Base salary plus commission with 100% OTE. 2-3 days a week onsite.

 

The Business Development Manager will be accountable for meeting sales, revenue, and gross profit goals. This role requires a proven ability to identify, develop, and secure opportunities with new clients. As an experienced Business Development Manager, you will have a solid background in Business and Digital Transformation, including expertise in Operating Model design, IT service delivery, and IT service management.

 

Essential Skills & Experience:

 

  • Experience within a similar Business Development / Sales role, preferably from with MSP / Microsoft Partner
  • Proven track record of hitting new business targets and White Space sales
  • Experience of selling complex IT Services projects
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external Senior Stakeholders
  • High level of communication, interpersonal, negotiating and presentation skills.
  • Happy to work in a hybrid office set up – 2-3 days a week in London
