Contract Length: 12 months
IR35 Status: Inside IR35
Daily Rate: Negotiable DOE
Start: Mid-late May 2025
Location: Remote (occasional travel to South Wales)

My client are looking for two experienced and approachable Project Managers to join the team to support change management activities alongside enhancing a new resource management tool.

The successful candidates will be working within an established, close knit IT team. You will be working alongside other Projects Managers, technical experts, Change Coordinators and Customer Engagement specialists.

My client has a growing portfolio of change and technical projects. We are looking for two Project Managers to look at and enhance their change management and resource management framework tools, as well as managing a smaller project along side it yet to be defined.

We are looking for resource management skills as the successful the PM's will be enhancing workstreams and tools. This is an exciting opportunity to assist with setting up a working structure from ground up, with the goal being increasing visibility on resources on a weekly/monthly basis. They need an advisor to guide them on what steps they need to take to create a more visible work force.

Relevant Experience:
- Business/resource change management
- Strong PM who has introduced change and resource management tools
- Ability to implement and build a delivery plan, as well as broaden the scope of a new system.
- Server delivery/technical background is a plus
- Cloud migration of a resource management tool is a plus
