Junior Test Analyst
Salary: Up to £35,000 p/annum + Benefits
Location: Bristol – Hybrid (3 days onsite)
CPS Group are supporting the recruitment of a Junior Test Analyst to join a growing Product team within a leading SaaS organisation.
The Role
- Work closely with Support, Development and Product teams to support regular software releases
- Test fortnightly patch releases, including side-by-side testing
- Support development sprints by creating testing criteria for major releases
- Carry out unit, integration and regression testing
- Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, scripts and test data
- Write and maintain automated tests
- Identify, document and report bugs and issues
Required Experience:
- Strong attention to detail with a technical mindset
- Comfortable working across different software and IT systems
- Experience within a software development lifecycle
- Experience testing within an Agile environment
- Experience working closely with developers and Product Owners
- Knowledge of test planning, acceptance criteria and documenting test cases
- SQL experience is desirable
- Automated testing experience is desirable
- ISTQB or equivalent certification is desirable
